NONDISCRIMINATION Statement

 

McKinley County and Zuni Entrepreneurial Enterprises (ZEE)/Empowerment Inc. Transportation ensures compliance with Title VI of the Civil Right Act of 1964; 49 CFR, part 21 and Americans with Disabilities Act; related statutes and regulations to the end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin or disability.  

 

Any person who believes he or she has been discriminated against should contact or for more information on our nondiscrimination obligations or to file a complaint/commendation, please call ZEE/Empowerment Inc. at 505-863-7444.
